Who this policy covers

This policy explains how Wisconsin Elite Roofing and Exteriors LLC handles information from homeowners and commercial property owners who contact us through this website, by phone, by email, or by text message about roofing, siding, gutter and exterior work.

Information we collect

We only collect what we need to answer you and do the work:

• Contact details you give us: first and last name, email address, mobile or landline phone number, and the property address of the job.
• Details about the project: the service you are asking about, what you are seeing on the roof or siding, and anything you write in a message field.
• Insurance claim information you choose to share with us when we are documenting storm damage for your carrier.
• Photographs and written notes we take during an inspection or while the work is running.
• Consent records: whether you checked a consent box for text messages, and the date and time you did.
• Basic technical information from your visit to this site, such as the pages you viewed, used to keep the site working.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services.

How we use it

• To answer your question or return your call.
• To schedule an inspection, an estimate, or the work itself.
• To confirm appointments, send reminders, and let you know about scheduling changes and progress on your project.
• To prepare an estimate and, where a claim is involved, to document damage for your insurance carrier and adjuster.

Mobile Information and SMS Data

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Consent to receive text messages is optional and is never required in order to get an estimate or have work done. You can reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time, or reply HELP for help. Service providers

We use a small number of service providers strictly to operate the business: a scheduling and customer records system, an email provider, a text messaging provider and its carrier aggregators, and subcontractors who carry out support services such as customer service or part of the installation. They may only handle your information to perform that work for us.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, such as a valid legal request, or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.

How we store it

Records are kept in our scheduling and customer records system and in our email account, both protected by passwords and access limits. Paper documents and job photographs are kept by the owner. Access is limited to the people who need it to do the work. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you give us.

How long we keep it and how to request deletion

We keep estimate and inquiry records while the conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterward, and we keep completed job and invoice records as long as our tax and legal obligations require.

You can ask us to see what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Call (920) 214-3442 or email wisconsineliteroofingandexteriors@outlook.com and tell us what you want removed. We will handle it promptly, except where we are required to keep a record for tax or legal purposes.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any text message to stop text messages. You will receive one final confirmation message. To stop emails, reply and ask, or use the unsubscribe link where one is present. To stop phone calls, tell us and we will note it in your record.

Children

This website and our services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
