Estimates and pricing

Estimates are free and non-binding. Neither side is committed to anything until there is a signed written agreement covering the scope and the price.

Some conditions cannot be seen until the old roofing or siding comes off. If tear-off exposes rotten decking, damaged sheathing, or other work that is not in the signed scope, the price may change. We will show you what we found and discuss it with you before that work proceeds.
